Notes: lightfastness is likely poor; heat affects pink shades during ink creation, which may or may not translate to final product.

Ecology: Hopi Red Dye Amaranth supports pollinators including hummingbirds and bees, and its abundance of seeds can be eaten by birds.

Magic: Amaranth symbolizes unending love, longevity, and immortality.
